Ajax Cloud update is scheduled for December 13

We want to inform you that we have been informed by Ajax Systems that a server software update is scheduled to roll out on December 13 from 13:00 to 15:00 (UTC+2).

It is one of the regular updates that they deliver to enhance the reliability and improve the Ajax ecosystem.

Some hubs can lose connection with the server for up to 2 minutes.

This will not affect your system working locally as per usual in the event of an intrusion.
